The cottage is available on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of payment. We are happy to hold dates of interest. If you are certain of your desire to reserve the cottage, it is best to place the hold by securing it with a deposit to reserve your placement. A security deposit of $350 will block your requested dates. If you are still considering your options, we will gladly hold the dates for you and place it in a pending status. All payments for the cottage are due at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If your hold is pending without a security deposit and someone else is requesting the same dates you need, that person is able to secure the dates of interest.
Cancel at any time up to 30 days prior to your reservation/arrival date. There are no fees to cancel a reservation before 30 days of the arrival date. Upon 30 days, payment is due for the reservation. Once payment is made, if there is a cancellation upon 30 days of the scheduled arrival date/reservation date, no refund is provided. You can change the date of your reservation within 12 months of the originally scheduled, paid arrival date (assuming there is availability which is not guaranteed).
